Abstract

Adolescents are vulnerable to mental health issues due to biological, psychological, and social changes. In pesantren, routine pressures and limited social interaction increase the risk of stress and negative behaviors. The KKN Team from Institut Agama Islam Imam Asy-Syafi’i Indonesia conducted a seminar “Digital Era Adolescents” to strengthen faith resilience, emotional management, and character development of female students. The results showed increased active participation, awareness of mental health, and spiritual understanding, demonstrating the program’s effectiveness as a preventive measure for psychological and spiritual development.
