Abstract

All-inorganic perovskite nanomaterials have rapidly emerged as a promising platform for stable and high-performance optoelectronic and photonic applications. Their unique structural and compositional tunability enables strong light-matter interaction, efficient charge transport, and robust photoluminescence, while offering superior thermal and environmental stability compared to hybrid perovskites. This review systematically examines recent advances in the synthesis, surface and interface engineering, and stability enhancement strategies of all inorganic perovskite nanomaterials. The discussion highlights their integration into optoelectronic devices, on-chip photonic components, and quantum light sources, emphasizing the interplay between nanoscale design and device performance. Key challenges, including defect mitigation, scalability, and lead-free alternatives, are critically analyzed. By providing a comprehensive perspective on structure-property-function relationships, this work aims to guide the rational design of next-generation perovskite nanomaterials for stable, efficient, and environmentally sustainable photonic and quantum technologies.
