Abstract

Learning technology plays a central role in ensuring equitable access to quality education for every learner. Accordingly, the first step in strengthening learning technology is the empowerment of teachers. Within this process, school management, particularly the training manager, who is responsible for providing close mentoring and guidance for teacher professional development, plays a critical role. However, evidence from school practice and research indicates that training managers are often unable to fulfill these core responsibilities, as they spend most of their time on statistical reporting, research tasks, and unforeseen assignments, resulting in limited attention to the implementation and continuous improvement of learning technology. Findings from a pilot study on integrated lessons conducted collaboratively by training managers and teachers demonstrate that this challenge can be addressed effectively. T-test statistical analysis indicated that p < 0.01, confirming that the application of integrated lesson methodology is statistically significant. The study further demonstrates that the integrated lesson approach improves students’ academic achievement, enhances teachers’ professional skills, and strengthens the professional and personal capacities of training managers in practice.
