Information technology enables companies to deliver better services and meet customer needs in the digital era. However, some small businesses, such as Laundry 88, have not yet implemented IT-based systems, resulting in issues like miscommunication about delivery schedules, customer addresses, and data management. To address these problems, this research developed a web-based service information system using PHP, HTML, CSS, and MySQL, with the Waterfall method as the development approach. The resulting system is expected to improve service efficiency and data management at Laundry 88.
