Abstract

This article examines how multi-agent frameworks in Large Language Models (LLMs) are transforming business intelligence capabilities across organizations.Moving beyond traditional single-agent implementations, these sophisticated architectures enable multiple specialized AI agents to collaborate, addressing the inherent limitations of isolated processing through distributed responsibilities and coordinated analysis. The article explores the critical components of effective multi-agent frameworks, including Insight Agents that monitor realtime data streams, Decision Agents that evaluate potential scenarios and optimize strategies, Customer Sentiment Agents that analyze feedback across channels, and the Orchestration Layer that coordinate communication between specialized components.Technical implementation considerations are discussed, focusing on agent communication protocols, specialization training, and performance optimization strategies. The article documents transformative business applications across sales and marketing intelligence, risk management and compliance, and operational efficiency domains, demonstrating how properly implemented multi-agent systems deliver measurable advantages in analytical depth, decision quality, and operational agility. Finally, the article examines emerging trends shaping the future of multi-agent business intelligence, including self-improving agent ecosystems, cross-organizational agent networks, and human-agent collaborative teams, highlighting their potential to fundamentally transform how organizations extract strategic value from their data assets.
