Abstract

Cancer remains a major global health challenge due to difficulties in early detection and limitations of traditional therapies such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and surgery, which often cause severe systemic toxicity, poor specificity, and drug resistance. To overcome these challenges, nanotechnology has introduced innovative solutions through nanobots and nanocarriers-nanoscale devices ranging from 1 to 100 nanometers-designed for precise cancer diagnosis and treatment. These biocompatible systems can deliver therapeutic agents directly to tumor sites, ensuring controlled and localized drug release while minimizing harm to healthy tissues. In brain cancer, nanobots offer particular promise, as they can cross the blood-brain barrier to deliver drugs specifically to affected regions.Their programmable design allows for targeted therapy, real-time monitoring, and imaging, making them valuable tools for both treatment and diagnosis.Recent research published in leading journals such as Nature, Springer, and Elsevier highlights significant advancements in nanobot-based therapies, including improved targeting efficiency, reduced toxicity, and enhanced treatment outcomes.Overall, the integration of nanobots into oncology represents a major step toward precision medicine.By combining controlled drug delivery, biocompatibility, and diagnostic functionality, nanobots have the potential to revolutionize cancer therapy, improving patient safety and therapeutic success rates.
