Abstract

Graduate unemployment remains a persistent challenge in many countries, despite an increasing demand for skilled professionals. This paper explores the potential of web-based platforms that connect job-seeking graduates with employers and clients seeking their skills.Through literature review, comparative analysis, and system conceptualization, the study investigates how such platforms can enhance employability, reduce the job-search gap, and facilitate skill-based matching. Results indicate that well-designed digital platforms can streamline recruitment, provide visibility to graduates, and improve employment outcomes. The paper concludes with recommendations for platform design, policy support, and future research directions.
