Blockchain Based Secure Notarization System (BBSNS)
Abstract
This paper reviews the design and implementation of the Blockchain-Based Secure Notarization System (BBSNS), a decentralized framework for digital document validation deployed on the BNB Smart Chain Testnet. The review examines how BBSNS differs from conventional notarization models by recording each document individually on-chain rather than aggregating multiple proofs.Emphasis is placed on its integrated identityverification process, which employs a Face API for facial recognition and liveness detection to ensure realperson authentication while maintaining compliance through immediate data deletion. The paper further analyzes the system's multi-factor authentication model, where users authenticate using blockchain wallets linked to verified identities, and the dual-token economy (NTKR and NTK) that governs participation through automated smart-contract rules. The study evaluates how BBSNS separates on-chain and off-chain operations to balance transparency, privacy, and performance, ensuring that only cryptographic hashes of documents persist on-chain.Overall, the review highlights BBSNS as a secure, transparent, and compliance-oriented notarization architecture that demonstrates how blockchain immutability and biometric verification can together strengthen modern digital trust systems.
