A SURVEY: TRUSTED FILE EXCHANGE PLATFORM
Abstract
This paper gives a detailed look at the Trusted File Exchange Platform, which is a security-focused system designed to help organizations share files safely and reliably. The platform makes sure that documents are shared securely by using features like user verification, access control based on roles, and encrypted storage.Every file that is uploaded is checked for malware using both signature-based and behavior-based methods to stop harmful entry of malicious content into the system. The system also watches over USB devices to spot and block unauthorized external drives, helping to prevent data leaks and malware infections.Detailed logs of all activities and real-time alerts help with tracking and managing security incidents.By combining secure file transfer, malware detection, and USB monitoring, the Trusted File Exchange Platform framework improves the protection of data, ensures its accuracy, and makes the system more resistant to cyber attacks.
