AI Powerd Job Portal

The rapid advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), the recruitment industry has experienced a significant digital transformation.Traditional job portals depend heavily on manual resume screening and keyword based filtering, often leading to inefficient and inaccurate candidate-job matches.To address these limitations, this paper reviews the design and implementation of an AI-powered job portal developed using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js,React.js,Node.js) integrated with the OpenAI API.The system leverages AI technologies to automate resume creation, provide personalized feedback, and generate intelligent job recommendat ions that align more closely with user skills and preferences.The proposed platform also features AI-driven interview simulations powered by Natural Language Processing (NLP) and generative AI models, enabling users to prepare effectively for real-world interviews.Experimental results demonstrate that this approach significantly reduces manual effort, enhances resume quality, and improves the full-stack technologies can revolutionize the recruitment ecosystem, offering a smarter, faster, and more adaptive job placement experience for both candidates and employers.
