Decentralized Healthcare Records System Using Blockchain + MERN Stack + AI

In the modern healthcare ecosystem, data security, transparency, and accessibility have become major challenges.Traditional electronic medical record (EMR) systems are centralized, making them prone to data breaches, unauthorized access, and loss of patient control.To overcome these issues, this project proposes a Decentralized Healthcare Records System built using Blockchain, MERN stack, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).The system ensures tamper-proof and transparent data management by recording all transactions and access logs on the blockchain.Patients maintain full control over their medical data, granting or revoking access through smart contracts.The MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) enables a responsive and scalable web interface, ensuring seamless interaction among patients, doctors, and laboratories.Furthermore, the integrated AI module provides intelligent doctor recommendations and disease-based treatment suggestions, enhancing diagnosis and personalized care.
