AN INTEGRATED SYSTEM FOR ACADEMIC NOTICES AND EVENT REGISTRATION WITH AUTOMATIC TICKET GENERATION

In academic institutions, the process of distributing notices and managing student event participation is often handled through physical notice boards, handwritten registrations, and offline payment collection, which results in delayed communication, data handling errors, and limitations in accessibility.To overcome these challenges, this research proposes an Integrated Academic Notice and Event Registration System that centralises notice publishing, event management, online registration, and digital payment processing within a single platform.The system enables administrators to post notifications and create event details instantly, while students can conveniently access notices, register from any location, and make secure payments when applicable.Once a registration is completed, the system automatically generates a unique QR-coded digital ticket that can be verified at the event venue through a scanning mechanism, allowing automated attendance recording.Experimental implementation demonstrates that the proposed solution significantly improves communication efficiency, reduces manual workload, eliminates paperwork, and enhances transparency in event organisation.Overall, the system provides a modern, reliable, and scalable approach to academic information and event management, supporting faster decision-making and a better user experience for students and administrators.
