The Social media addiction has become a growing concern, especially among students and young adults.This study visualizes the patterns, triggers, and impacts associated with excessive social media usage using data visualization techniques.The project focuses on identifying usage frequency, active hours, emotional impact, and behavioral indicators through charts and graphs.The visual storytelling approach helps reveal hidden trends, enabling better understanding and awareness about addictive behavior.The results highlight how prolonged screen time, late-night usage, and emotional dependency correlate strongly with addiction levels.The study concludes that data visualization is an effective method to communicate digital well-being concerns clearly and meaningfully.
