SDG: Smart Gas Leakage Detection System For Home Security.
Abstract
This project is designed to keep homes safe by detecting gas leakage at the earliest possible moment.Gas leakage can happen due to loose pipes, damaged regulators, or mistakes while cooking. The system uses a gas sensor that continuously checks the amount of gas present in the air.If the sensor finds that the gas level is higher than the safe limit, it quickly activates a buzzer alarm. This loud sound alerts people so they can take immediate action, such as turning off the stove, opening windows, or leaving the area safely. The system can also send a message to the user through an optional communication module when nobody is at home. This makes the project useful not only for houses but also for hotels, restaurants, and other places where cooking gas is stored or used. The setup is small and compact, so it does not take much space and can be kept near the gas cylinder. It works automatically without human help and keeps running all the time.Maintenance is simple, and the cost of the project is very affordable.By giving early warning, this system helps to prevent accidents, protect property, and save lives.Overall, it ensures safer living conditions by detecting gas leakage quickly and accurately.
