CROP DISEASE ADVISORY AND FARMER SUPPORT SYSTEM

Crop disease advisory and farmer support system is a platform that is used to help the farmers who face the challenges due to lack of knowledge about crop and the diseases that affect them , un predicted climatic conditions to overcome these problems this research presents a web-based Crop Disease Advisory and Farmer Support System that integrates multiple agriculture services under one digital roof.The system aims to empower farmers by providing information about crop diseases, preventive measures, and treatments while also offering access to Expert Consultation, Government schemes that are currently active to reduce the dependency of farmers on traditional method of farming.The system integrates a crop disease knowledge database, expert query module, government scheme awareness portal, and multilingual support for rural usability.By leveraging digital communication and data-driven advisory services, the system empowers farmers to take informed decisions, reduces crop losses, and promotes sustainable agricultural practices.This system does not use AI or Machine Learning; it is based on centralized knowledge base and rule-based advisory system where agricultural experts input verified into the database.Crop Disease Advisory and Farmer Support System is designed using Java Server Pages, HTML, CSS, JavaScript , Bootstrap for frontend and Java (Servlets + JSP) for backend and MySQL database is used.
