Event Booth Management System - An Efficient Approach for Automated Booth Allotment and Event Scheduling

Event management in academic institutions often involves multiple stakeholders such as students, clubs, and external vendors requesting booth spaces for exhibitions, food stalls, games, and promotional events.Traditional booth allotment is handled manually through paper forms or messaging platforms, leading to scheduling conflicts, double-bookings, lack of transparency, and communication delays.To overcome these challenges, this research presents the Event Booth Management System (EBMS)-a web-based application that automates booth booking, approval workflows, scheduling, notifications, and post-event feedback.The system improves fairness, transparency, and efficiency in event logistics.Experimental use in simulated scenarios shows significant reduction in time, workload, and conflicts in booth allotment.
