In recent years, the healthcare sector shas faced many challenges in managing patient information, appointments, and medical records using traditional manual methods.Paper-based systems and disconnected digital tools often lead to data loss, errors, long waiting times, and difficulty in accessing patient details when required.These problems affect the efficiency of healthcare services and reduce the quality of patient care.To overcome these issues, there is a strong need for a digital system that can manage healthcare operations in a simple, secure, and organized manner.This project presents the design and development of a web-based Healthcare Management System that automates important healthcare activities such as patient registration, appointment scheduling, doctor management, and medical record maintenance.The system provides a centralized platform where all patient and hospital-related data is stored in a secure database.It allows different users such as administrators, doctors, and patients to access the system based on their roles, ensuring data privacy and controlled access.Patients can easily book appointments online, doctors can view patient details and schedules, and administrators can manage overall system operations.The system is developed using modern web technologies to ensure reliability, ease of use, and scalability.By reducing manual work and improving data accuracy, the proposed system helps healthcare staff save time and focus more on patient care.Testing results show that the system improves appointment management, reduces administrative workload, and provides faster access to patient information compared to traditional methods.Overall, the Healthcare Management System offers an effective solution for improving healthcare management and supports the digital transformation of healthcare services.
