Business travel continues to be important for companies that operate across cities and countries.Employees frequently travel for client visits, training, and business expansions, which requires an organized system to manage travel approvals and records.Many organizations still depend on emails, spreadsheets, and handwritten forms, making the process slow, confusing, and difficult to track.To address these issues, this study focuses on developing a Corporate Travel Portal that digitizes the entire travel management workflow.The application is built using React for a fast and user-friendly interface, Node.js for secure backend processing, and PostgreSQL for reliable data storage.Employees can easily create travel requests, managers can review and approve them online, and administrators can monitor bookings and travel expenses in one place.The outcome of this work shows that digital automation greatly reduces delays, prevents data loss, improves communication, and ensures transparency in travel-related activities.Overall, the proposed system supports better decision-making and contributes to a more efficient business environment.
