Abstract

This report presents a comprehensive academic review synthesizing findings from many research papers across four engineering domains: honeycomb structural materials, evaporative cooling systems, air-cooled heat exchanger optimization and thermal management. These works span experimental studies, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), finite element analysis (FEA), and multi-physics optimizations. The review identifies crossdomain insights including geometric optimization, hybrid cooling strategies, simulation-driven design, and energy-efficient thermal regulation. The integration of these topics provides a unified engineering perspective linking lightweight structures, sustainable climate control, and advanced battery safety technologies.
