Abstract

The College Administrative System (CAS) is designed as a centralized ERP-based framework aimed at automating and streamlining the administrative processes of the higher education sector. The present paper outlines the theoretical approach toward integrating the student, faculty, and administrative modules into a single and standardized database, aiming to enhance operational efficiency and ensure data consistency. The proposed system involves a web-based technology that ensures the elimination of highly manual, paper-based legacy systems by affording real-time access to academic records, attendance data, and institutional resources. From a theoretical standpoint, through a comparison of different existing administrative methods, the research underlines the potential role of the system to eliminate data redundancy significantly while advancing coordination and communication amongst institutional stakeholders. The paper therefore concludes that digital transition through a structured administrative platform represents a vital expectation of modern educational governance, enhancing the facilitation of data integrity, transparency, and scalability for future institutional growth.
