The growing need for domestic help in modern households brings significant challenges regarding safety and trustworthiness.Criminal incidents involving household staff-ranging from theft to more serious offenseshighlight the critical need for comprehensive background screening.This research presents an automated digital solution that manages domestic worker information, conducts criminal history checks, and preserves employment records with employer reviews.The platform achieves security and transparency through criminal background integration, review systems, and AWS S3 cloud storage, Criminal verification data is maintained in JSON structure and uploaded to AWS S3, creating an unalterable record system.This approach allows house owners to confidently employ vetted domestic staff while establishing a verifiable digital accountability framework.
