Abstract

This article presents a modern architectural approach to unify Human Capital Management (HCM), timekeeping, and payroll systems through scalable integrations enhanced by Robotic Process Automation (RPA).As enterprises increasingly adopt platforms such as Workday, Kronos, and cloud-based payroll engines, integrating these diverse systems poses challenges related to data consistency, security, and operational complexity. The proposed framework addresses these challenges by leveraging API-based integrations, secure and resilient data pipelines, and automation of high-volume, rule-based workforce processes including data validation, onboarding synchronization, and retroactive pay adjustments.Emphasizing compliance and scalability, this study offers a practical blueprint for building intelligent, end-to-end workforce technology ecosystems that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
