Abstract

Educational institutions worldwide face challenges in maintaining structured relationships with their alumni networks.Current communication methods often rely on fragmented, unofficial channels like WhatsApp or LinkedIn, which offer limited data reliability and poor institutional oversight. This paper presents Echo Alumni, a cloud-native, secure, and scalable alumni engagement ecosystem built on a microservices architecture. The system utilizes modern web technologies including Next.js, Node.js, and AWS EKS to provide verified user access, automated event management, and structured mentorship pathways .This research highlights the transition from legacy manual portals to intelligent, containerized engagement platforms that ensure 24/7 accessibility and real-time analytics for institutional growth .
