HEAVY VEHICLES FUEL THEFT PROTECTION WITH LIVE GPS TRACKING AND OTP BASED FUEL CAP LOCKING CONTROL USING APP

Fuel theft and incorrect fuel monitoring have become serious challenges in modern transportation system, particularly in commercial and heavy vehicles.Traditional fuel meters provide limited information and fail to detect sudden fuel loss or unauthorized access.In IOT based fuel security and vehicle tracking system that enables real-time fuel level monitoring, location tracking, and instant alert generation.The proposed system integrates a fuel level sensor, GPS module, GSM communication a microcontroller ESP32 S3 to continuously observe fuel variation and vehicle movement.Any abnormal fuel drop is identified as a potential theft event and immediately reported to the owner through mobile alerts.The system improves fuel transparency, reduces losses, and enhances vehicle safety, making it suitable for fleet management and personal vehicle application.
