SCHOOL ERP MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The rapid growth of mobile technologies has created new opportunities for improving communication and administrative efficiency in educational institutions.Traditional school management processes rely heavily on manual record keeping, paper-based notices, and delayed communication between teachers, students, and parents.To address these limitations, this research presents a cloud-based School Management System developed as a mobile application using Flutter and Firebase.Flutter provides a cross-platform framework that enables a single codebase for Android and iOS, while Firebase offers a serverless backend with real-time database updates, authentication, secure data storage, and push notifications.The proposed system integrates modules for attendance tracking, homework management, announcements, exam results, and parent-teacher communication.Real-time synchronization ensures that users receive instant updates, thus enhancing transparency and engagement.The application is designed to be scalable, costeffective, and user-friendly, making it suitable for schools of varying sizes.Experimental results show significant improvements in accessibility, communication speed, and administrative accuracy.Overall, the system demonstrates how modern cloud technologies can effectively digitalize school operations and improve the overall management experience.
