Student Alumni Mentorship Platform

This paper presents Student Alumni Mentorship Platform, a comprehensive web-based system designed to enhance connectivity, guidance, and collaboration between alumni and students within academic institutions.The platform leverages Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data-driven recommendation models to enable efficient mentor-mentee pairing based on shared academic interests, career goals, and skill sets.Built using the React.jsfrontend and Node.js backend architecture with secure JWT authentication, the system ensures real-time communication, event management, and career mentorship tracking.The platform also integrates automated suggestions for mentorship matches and provides an analytics dashboard for institutions to monitor engagement levels.Experimental results demonstrate improved mentor-mentee compatibility, higher participation rates, and enhanced institutional networking outcomes.This system supports the goal of fostering long-term alumni engagement and empowering students through guided career development.
