Abstract

Growing academic demands and personal challenges have increased concern about student mental health.Counselling services in many institutions depend on scheduled in-person sessions, which limit timely access to guidance. As a result, students may delay seeking support.Existing digital solutions often provide either selfhelp tools or counsellor interaction, but not both in one system. This work presents a Student Counselling Platform that integrates AI-based assistance with professional support. The system includes a chatbot for guidance, stress-relief resources, daily activity monitoring, and online session booking. It securely manages student stress data to provide appropriate recommendations. The platform enhances access to support services and streamlines counselling management within educational institutions.
