A RESEARCH STUDY ON THE FACILITIES PROVIDED BY THE HOTELS FOR M.I.C.E. CUSTOMER SEGMENT IN PUNE

M.I.C.E.tourism in Pune has seen significant growth in recent years, propelled by its strategic location, modern infrastructure, academic prominence, cultural richness, and hospitality.This article explores the city's offerings for business travelers and focuses on the key factors driving the growth of this tourism segment in Pune.A comprehensive analytical research methodology was used to come up to conclusion and recommendations.The data were collected by conducting surveys in the Business Hotel Properties of Pune.The primary data required for the study was collected through a questionnaire format.The following conclusions were made by the data analysis done according to the data collected from various hotels and the customers of the hotels for MICE events.
