Abstract

The present study aims to analyse consumer perceptions towards cloud kitchens and to examine the factors influencing their satisfaction and recommendation behaviour. The rapid advancement of digital platforms and changing lifestyle patterns have significantly transformed the food service industry.Cloud kitchens, which operate without dine-in facilities and function exclusively through online food delivery platforms, have emerged as a modern business model. The study is based on primary data collected from 155 respondents through a structured questionnaire.Statistical tools such as Simple Percentage Analysis, Chi-Square Test, One Way ANOVA, and Correlation Analysis were used to analyse the data. The findings reveal that most consumers perceive cloud kitchens as value for money and rate their overall experience positively.Correlation results indicate a significant positive relationship between perceived value and recommendation behaviour. The study concludes that maintaining food quality, timely delivery, and competitive pricing are essential for improving customer satisfaction and sustaining longterm growth.
