Abstract

Surface Electromyography ( sEMG) is a common tool for assaying muscle activation patterns and neuromuscular function in sports, physical remedy, and mortal-machine interfaces (1)( 2).The capability to record electrophysiological signals allows the assessment of muscle exertion during static and dynamic movements.Recent improvements in bedded electronics and detector miniaturization have led to the use of low-cost microcontroller platforms similar as Arduino for the integration of EMG detectors into movable fitness backing systems (3).These advancements enhance availability for home-grounded exercise and remote rehabilitation.Core muscle strengthening is necessary for spinal stability, posture correction, sports, and lower aft injury forestalment ( 4).Poor exercise fashion, still, is ineffective and potentially pernicious ( 5).Conventional training requires professional supervision, which isn't always accessible.Real-time sEMG feedback improves motor literacy with immediate information about muscle activation and movement fashion ( 6).This paper introduces an Arduino microcontroller-grounded EMG fitness adjunct for covering core muscle exercises similar as sit-ups, planks, and leg raises. The device utilizes personalized original EMG signals and provides immediate feedback through an TV display for safe posture and muscle activation correction.
