Abstract
Doppler of the hepatic vein with a monophasic pulsatile pattern with systolic inversion, compatible with elevation of right atrial pressure and with significant systemic venous congestion. - inversion or marked decrease in the systolic wave. - Diastolic predominance. - Retrograde flow episodes. - Very pulsatile morphology. - great variability with the cardiac cycle. In practical terms: S < D S reverse.
