A Study on the Awareness and Perception of Investment Patterns Among Arts & Science College Faculty Members with Reference to Coimbatore City
Abstract
The paper examines the role of financial planning and investment in maintaining stability in a fluctuating economy. With the increasing number of investment alternatives and the uncertainty of the markets, it is important to make informed decisions. Investment patterns are influenced by financial literacy, individual perceptions, and risk tolerance. The paper concentrates on college faculty members in the city of Coimbatore and investigates their investment patterns, risk perceptions, and financial literacy. The findings are expected to assist financial institutions and policymakers in developing effective financial awareness and planning initiatives.
