دور رأس المال الفكري في تحسين التنمية المستدامة: دراسة ميدانية على منظمات المجتمع المدني قطاع غزة

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل دور رأس المال الفكري في تعزيز متطلبات التنمية المستدامة لدى منظمات المجتمع المدني في قطاع غزة. ولقد حققت الدراسة هدفها من خلال انها قد اعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي،كما استخدمت أسلوب العينة العشوائية البسيطة لاستقصاء العاملين في منظمات المجتمع المدني. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن رأس المال الفكري يسهم بدرجة كبيرة في تعزيز البعد الاجتماعي للتنمية المستدامة، وأن رأس المال الهيكلي قد لعب دوراً محورياً في دعم البعد الاقتصادي. كما بينت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تُعزى لمتغير الجنس ضمن بعض أبعاد رأس المال الفكري، في حين برز تأثير واضح لرأس المال العلائقي بالنظر إلى دوره في دعم التفاعل المجتمعي وتحسين كفاءة العمل المؤسسي. وأكدت هذه النتائج مجتمعة أهمية الاستثمار المنهجي في مكونات رأس المال الفكري كمدخل لتعزيز التنمية المستدامة في منظمات المجتمع المدني. This study aimed to analyze the role of intellectual capital in enhancing the requirements of sustainable development among civil society organizations in the Gaza Strip. The study achieved its objective by adopting the descriptive-analytical approach and using a simple random sampling method to survey the opinions of a sample of employees working in civil society organizations. The results indicated that intellectual capital contributes significantly to strengthening the social dimension of sustainable development, while structural capital played a pivotal role in supporting the economic dimension. The findings also revealed statistically significant differences attributed to the gender variable in some dimensions of intellectual capital. In addition, relational capital demonstrated a clear impact due to its role in supporting community interaction and improving institutional performance efficiency. Collectively, these results underscore the importance of systematic investment in the components of intellectual capital as an effective approach to promoting sustainable development in civil society organizations
