أثر نظم المعلومات الإدارية في تحسين الأداء المؤسسي لدى منظمات المجتمع المدني – الجمهورية اليمنية

هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر نظم المعلومات الإدارية في تحسين الأداء المؤسسي، واعتمدت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما استخدمت أسلوب العينة القصدية، بواقع (209) مفردات. وتم جمع البيانات باستخدام الاستبانة التي جرى تطويرها لأغراض الدراسة، ثم إدخال البيانات وترميزها باستخدام برنامج (SPSS v.28)، إلى جانب الاستعانة ببرنامج (SmartPLS) الإصدار (4.08.6) لإجراء التحليلات المتقدمة المرتبطة بنمذجة المعادلات الهيكلية (SEM) باستخدام أسلوب المربعات الصغرى الجزئية (Partial Least Squares - PLS). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن المنظمات محل الدراسة تولي اهتماماً كبيراً بتحسين الأداء المؤسسي بجميع أبعاده، إلا أن اهتمامها بتحسين بُعد (العملاء) كان أكبر من اهتمامها ببقية الأبعاد. كما أظهرت النتائج أن هذه المنظمات تهتم بدرجة كبيرة بتطبيق نظم المعلومات الإدارية بكافة أبعادها، غير أن اهتمامها بتطبيق بُعد (الأجهزة والمعدات) كان أعلى مقارنة ببقية الأبعاد. وبيّنت الدراسة كذلك أن أثر نظم المعلومات الإدارية في تحسين الأداء المؤسسي لدى منظمات المجتمع المدني محل الدراسة يختلف باختلاف البُعد؛ إذ كان بُعد الأجهزة والمعدات الأكثر تأثيراً، يليه بُعد البرمجيات، ثم بُعد قواعد البيانات، في حين جاء بُعد الموارد البشرية بوصفه أقل الأبعاد تأثيراً في تحسين الأداء المؤسسي. وأوصت الدراسة منظمات المجتمع المدني بضرورة تعزيز مستوى تحسين الأداء المؤسسي بجميع أبعاده، ولا سيما البُعد المالي، إلى جانب زيادة الاهتمام بنظم المعلومات الإدارية بكافة أبعادها، مع التركيز بشكل خاص على بُعد الموارد البشرية. The study aimed to identify the impact of Management Information Systems on improving institutional performance. It adopted the descriptive–analytical approach and used a purposive sampling method consisting of (209) respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire specifically developed for the purposes of the study, then coded and analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS v.28). In addition, the SmartPLS software (version 4.08.6) was employed to conduct advanced analyses related to Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. The findings revealed that the organizations under study place great emphasis on improving institutional performance across all its dimensions; however, greater attention was given to the customer dimension compared to the other dimensions. The results also showed that these organizations demonstrate a high level of interest in implementing Management Information Systems across all their dimensions, with the highest level of attention directed toward the hardware and equipment dimension. Furthermore, the study indicated that the impact of Management Information Systems on improving institutional performance among the civil society organizations under study varies according to the dimension. The hardware and equipment dimension had the strongest effect, followed by the software dimension and then the database dimension, while the human resources dimension had the least impact on improving institutional performance. The study recommended that civil society organizations enhance the level of institutional performance improvement across all dimensions, particularly the financial dimension, and place greater emphasis on Management Information Systems in all their dimensions, with special focus on the human resources dimension.
