Pengaruh Nilai, Pengalaman, dan Preferensi Pasien terhadap Pemanfaatan Fasilitas Rawat Inap
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of patient value, patient experience, and patient preferences on the utilization of inpatient facilities at Hermina Ciputat Hospital. Preliminary findings from a survey of 30 patients indicated that perceptions of inpatient services remained at a moderate–low level, particularly regarding service quality and hospital reputation, with an average score of 2.6. This condition reflects suboptimal utilization despite ongoing improvements in hospital facilities. The study employed a quantitative approach with descriptive and verificative designs, involving 88 respondents selected through proportional random sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-tests, and F-tests to examine both partial and simultaneous effects among variables. The results show that patient value has a significant positive effect on inpatient utilization, with a regression coefficient of 0.976 (p < 0.05). Conversely, patient experience and patient preferences do not exhibit significant partial effects. However, all three variables collectively demonstrate a significant influence, supported by a high coefficient of determination (R² = 0.908).
