Effects of Prehospital ACLS Simulation Training with Self-Directed Debriefing on Self-Efficacy and Teamwork Perception
Abstract
본 연구는 자기주도 디브리핑(self-directed debriefing)을 결합한 병원 전 단계 전문심장소생술(Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, ACLS) 시뮬레이션 교육이 응급구조학과 학생들의 자기효능감과 팀워크 인식에 미치는 효과를 평가하고자 수행되었다. 연구 대상은 4년제 대학 응급구조학과 재학생 20명이며, 구급차 실습실을 기반으로 한 고현장성·고충실도 시뮬레이션 교육을 총 4회에 걸쳐 시행하였다. 교육은 실제 병원 전 심정지 상황을 반영한 시나리오를 중심으로 팀 기반으로 진행되었으며, 각 회차 종료 후 자기주도적 성찰 활동을 포함한 디브리핑이 이루어졌다. 자기효능감은 교육 전과 후에, 팀워크 인식은 매 회차 종료 후 측정하였다. 연구 결과, 자기효능감은 모든 하위 영역에서 통계적으로 유의하게 향상되었으며(p
