The Effects of a Patient Safety Scenario-Based Patient Experience Program on Patient Safety Knowledge, Communication Skills, and Self-Efficacy in Interprofessional Learning
Abstract
본 연구는 일개 지역 4개 대학에 재학중인 보건의료계열 학과 학생들을 대상으로 5박 6일간 운영된 다직종연계 교육프로그램의 효과를 확인하기 위함이다. 연구대상자는 보건의료계열 2학년~4학년 학생 46명을 대상으로 하였다. 다직종연계교육프로그램은 직종간 이해, 국제환자안전목표, 환자안전 위험예지훈련, 시나리오 기반 환자경험 등으로 구성되어 있으며 이론강의와 의료기관내 실습으로 구성하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였고 일반적 특성은 기술통계, 중재전후 효과분석은 paired t-test를 하였다. 연구결과 다직종연계교육프로그램 적용전후 환자안전 지식(t=-6.04, p
