Abstract

This dataset comprises biometric (at the moment of tagging) and sex data on three populations of European seabass reared under four thermal regimes, the temperatures applied during the rearing, and the results of the GWAS performed on binary sex data within each population. It also comprises the R script containing the models and figures used in the associated article based on the other datasets described.
