Data: Sleep quality and quantity and their associations with age, salivary cortisol and abnormal behaviours: a preliminary field study in racing thoroughbreds.
Abstract
The code consists of R scripts used for data processing, statistical analyses, and figure generation associated with the dataset. The scripts implement linear and mixed-effects models, residual diagnostics, and data visualisation to investigate relationships between sleep variables, age, salivary cortisol concentrations, and abnormal behaviours.
