Abstract

This dataset includes spectral signatures measured in laboratory at leaf scale over the entire optical domain: from the reflective spectral domain between 0.4 and 2.5 µm to the thermal infrared spectral domain between 3 and 15 μm. Three species (sunflower, sorghum and cherry tree) were measured to analyze the impact of LWC (Leaf Water Content) on spectral reflectances. 5 or 6 water content levels were artificially provided. The analysis of these laboratory measurements was led for the middle and long-wave infrared domains in IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Letters (doi: 10.1109/LGRS.2010.2053518).
