Label-Free Digital Holotomography Variability Dataset of Early Virus-Induced Cellular Changes in Equine Cells (ELCs and RK-13)

The data set comprises two variability spreadshit files, on the RI values, cell area and cell volume of primary cell line (ELCs) and the other from stable cell line RK-13 infected with 3 different equine viruses.
