Abstract

Colorectal cancer tumor bearing mice constructed by XDQ intervention CT26 cells were used to extract tumor tissues from intervention / non intervention mice for transcriptome sequencing and proteome analysis. The table shows the list of differentially expressed genes and proteins, where T represents the treatment group and N represents the control group.
