Abstract
This dataset presents a gene/protein-protein interaction (PPI) network centered on the PI3K-Akt signaling pathway. It visualizes the association patterns among multiple gene nodes, with a focus on the interaction relationships of PI3K-Akt pathway-related modules (including key genes such as ALK, PARP1, and CYP3A4). Such network analysis can be used to dissect the regulatory mechanisms of signaling pathways in diseases like cancer, providing data support for target screening and functional research.
