Viral load data of Lactobacillus plantarum against H1N1 influenza virus
Abstract
qPCR was used to detect the viral load in the lungs of mice treated with Lactobacillus plantarum against influenza virus. qPCR assays were performed using an ABI 7500 qPCR System, and the experiment was conducted on July 17, 2025. The table includes the detection results of ZO-1, HA, Occludin, and GAPDH.
