Abstract
Derived measures include atlas-based regional cortical metrics (Desikan–Killiany, 68 cortical regions), including cortical thickness, gray matter volume, sulcal depth, and gyrification, as well as group-level structural covariance network (SCN) adjacency matrices and graph-theoretical metrics computed across a sparsity range of 0.05–0.40 and summarized by area under the curve (AUC).
