Abstract

Our data were obtained from experiments and comprise information on Mongolian oak across variables associated with leaves (leaf N concentration, leaf N:P ratio, leaf δ¹⁵N, Δδ¹⁵N, and leaf N resorption efficiency), leaf photosynthetic traits (leaf area, SLA, SPAD, and Asat), fine roots (fine-root N concentration and root δ¹⁵N), litters (litter N concentration, litterfall N flux, and litter C:N ratio), and soils (total soil N concentration, DON concentration, NH₄⁺-N concentration, and DTN concentration), as well as ectomycorrhizal colonization proportions. Data from Dahurian larch are also partially included.
