Abstract

Fresh leaves from ZM578 and JM22 were collected after 28 d of vernalization at 4 °C, and 7 d of growth under normal growing conditions (15–18 °C, 16 h light and 8 h darkness).All samples were quickly frozen in liquid nitrogen and stored at −80 °C for transcriptome sequencing assays with three biological replications. Transcriptomic data with a sequencing depth of 10 Gb for each sample were generated using the DNBSEQ T7 platform.
