Abstract

Young spikes were also harvested at the double ridge stage (Feekes 6). All samples were quickly frozen in liquid nitrogen and stored at −80 °C for transcriptome sequencing assays with three biological replications. Transcriptomic data with a sequencing depth of 10 Gb for each sample were generated using the DNBSEQ T7 platform.
