Programming synthetic protein circuits using in situ peptide strand-displacement
Abstract
To avoid the complexity of designing peptides de novo, a series of protein logic gates and circuits had been constructed by utilizing transcriptional activation system and in situ toehold-mediated peptide strand-displacement (TMPSD) reactions.
