Abstract

This dataset contains high-throughput RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) data generated from Arabidopsis thaliana samples to investigate transcriptome-level gene expression changes associated with N6-methyladenosine (m6A)-related regulation. m6A is an important post-transcriptional modification that influences RNA metabolism and gene expression in plants. Raw sequencing reads were filtered to remove low-quality reads and adapters, resulting in clean reads. Quality control was performed using FastQC, indicating that the sequencing data are of high quality and suitable for downstream differential expression analysis. This dataset provides a valuable resource for studying m6A-associated gene expression patterns and regulatory mechanisms in Arabidopsis.
